- We currently do not send promotional material through email, however we may do so in the future. Should we elect to offer special discounts, new product announcements, or other promotional information via email, we will do so only on an opt-in basis. Of course you may opt-out at any time, and we would never sell, share, or distribute your email address either.

- When ordering merchandise through our shopping cart, we will direct you to Google Checkout, our secure payment partner, during checkout. We do not collect or maintain your credit card information.
- Payment
- We only accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover Card, and American Express through our partner Google Checkout. Our internet based company works hard to ship your order promptly, so we don't want to have our unique, handcrafted products 'on hold' for weeks while waiting for a check to clear the bank. We hope you'll understand, and buy with confidence through our secure payment partner.
- Shipping Issues: Lost or Damaged Packages
- We insure every package we ship. If your package becomes lost or damaged, you may file a claim with the carrier. Please feel free to contact us if you need further assistance.
- Return Policy
- Our return policy is very simple: provided the merchandise is returned in the original condition as when shipped and within 30 days of receiving your order, we will refund the full purchase price of the merchandise or exchange the merchandise in question once it is returned to us. Shipping charges are not refundable nor can we accept returns on custom orders.
All returns must be shipped pre-paid unless prior arrangements are made with us. We recommend that you package the item(s) securely, insure your package and send it via a traceable carrier such as DHL, FedEx, Priority Mail and/or UPS. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments being returned to us.
- Product Information
- Please keep in mind that Mother Nature is responsible for the wood we make our products out of, and as such we cannot re-engineer that wood for you. Product quality is extremely important to us; we will not sell you anything that has an obvious defect. For merchandise sold as sets, we will try our best to select wood with similar color and grain patterns so they will look good together, but we simply cannot guarantee a perfect match. Our fine writing instruments are intended for day-to-day use, but if dropped, abused, or what-have-you, they may break. We sympathize with you, but we cannot replace your item under these or similar circumstances.
- Shipping Policy
- We make every effort to ship your order within two business days after receiving your order. Most of our orders are shipped the next business day using Priority Mail. We will notify you when your order is shipped using the automated announcement features provided by Google Checkout.
We do not ship orders outside of the United States.
- Site Images
- We go to great lengths to illustrate our products as accurately as possible. However, please be aware that the software that you use and/or the monitor you have may not accurately display the image colors. We may be able to take additional photos, within reason and as time permits upon request.
